Lightbulb GW: Game Master's Version

I was just thinking..

If ANet *ever* shutdown GW servers, they should release some sort of campaign editor (paid if needed) to give the players ability to modify the game a bit and, like:

new skill setups for monsters
new greens
new UI
new skins
new music and voices
cutscene editor, etc..

And above all things: make a private server, from a close-friends only (up to 10-30 players) to a full world server.

So..there could be servers for all kinds of players: pre-AoE rules, UAX-PVP server, new quests, new pvp maps..

Am I dreaming too much? or is this a viable idea???

What do you guys think of it?

Is there any chance to Gaile or another ANet's to read this??
